After you place the order, please whatsapp us your order number, prescription letter with your pets name. Our staff will verify the information and confirm your order on the same day.
Prescription form from veterinarian is required for prescription item.
To order from us:
1. Obtain a valid prescription form from your vet.

3. Place your order and submit the prescription letter via whatsap / chat box.
4. We will check the validity and authorise your order. Our staff will contact you within 1 day if infomation is not completed.
