Yes, you can. Apart from ordering online, we also accept order via whatsapp. Simply whatsapp us at +852 5247-5556 and leave us your name, the products name /SKU code and quantity needed. Our staff will contact you shortly and place online order for you.

How to submit a prescription for the prescription drugs?

After you place the order, please whatsapp us your order number, prescription letter with your pets name. Our staff will verify the information and confirm your order on the same day. 
 
Prescription form from veterinarian is required for prescription item. 
To order from us:
1. Obtain a valid prescription form from your vet.
2. If you do not have one, please book an appointment at our clinic. CPPC (Tuen Mun) : +852 2404-2511 SWPC (Shatin): +852 3955-0111
3. Place your order and submit the prescription letter via whatsap / chat box.
4. We will check the validity and authorise your order. Our staff will contact you within 1 day if infomation is not completed. 
5. Please note that incomplete information means your order is not confirmed.

Can i have store pick up?

Unfountely, we do not offer store pick up. However, you can always whatsapp us at +852 5247-5556 for special arrangement.

What are the payment accepted?

We accept PayPal, Visa Card, Master Card, American Express & Discovery Card.
Besides, you can also use Payme,  FPS ID & ATM transfer to complete your purchases. Please whatsapp +852 5247-5556 to receive the information needed. Cash on delivery will not be accepted. Please do not give cash to delivery service provider.
